What we collect

• Your mobile number, used to sign in with a one-time code sent over WhatsApp.
• Your name, city, delivery address and doorstep landmark, used to deliver orders.
• Identity documents you submit if a lot requires verification (KYC).
• Auction, bid and order history, and support conversations you open with us.
• Product photos and listing details submitted by merchants.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, run auctions, dispatch and deliver orders, reconcile cash on delivery, handle support requests and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Delivery partners and drivers receive only the details needed to complete your delivery. Staff access is restricted by role inside the operations console. Merchant and buyer contact details are shared only where an order requires it.

Where it is stored

Account and order records are stored on ZEEDO's servers. Listing and receipt images are stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2). Administrative sessions use a secure, http-only cookie.

Your choices

You can review or correct your profile in the app and permanently delete your account from the in-app privacy screen or at zeedo.bid/account-deletion. Deletion immediately revokes sessions and removes or anonymizes profile, location, KYC, push, and support data. Pseudonymized bid, order, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained for up to seven years where legally required.
