Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms apply to the ZEEDO website and mobile app in Iraq.
1. Using ZEEDO
Anyone may browse the public catalog. You must be at least 18 years old to register, bid, order, or operate a merchant account. You must register with a valid Iraqi mobile number and keep your account details accurate. Accounts are personal: you are responsible for activity made with your session. The full terms presented in the app at registration form part of this agreement.
2. Auctions and bids
A bid is a binding offer to buy the lot at that price. Lots start at the price shown on the listing, with increments set per lot. When the countdown ends, the highest valid bid wins and the winner is notified in the app. Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed.
3. Payment and delivery
ZEEDO operates cash on delivery. You pay the winning amount in cash to the courier at your doorstep, after inspecting the item. Delivery is coordinated to the address and landmark you provide at checkout. If an item cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the merchant.
4. Merchants
Merchant participation is governed by the separate merchant agreement, including the listing fee and platform commission that apply to each lot. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for the authenticity and condition of the items they consign.
5. Prohibited items
Counterfeit goods, stolen property, weapons, drugs and any item prohibited by Iraqi law may not be listed. ZEEDO may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Disputes and support
Report a problem with an order through in-app support or the WhatsApp support channel on our homepage. We will review the order, delivery record and inspection outcome with the courier and the merchant.
